Uttar Pradesh survivor attempts suicide at police station

A sexual exploitation survivor in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur consumed phenyl inside a police station.

She demanded to marry the man she had accused of exploiting her on the false promise of marriage.

The accused was arrested at the time of the incident.
