9 migrant workers injured in suspected LPG cylinder explosion at PG accommodation in Bengaluru
Nine migrant workers from West Bengal were injured in a suspected LPG cylinder blast at a PG accommodation in Bengaluru's Bommasandra area.
Six of the injured workers sustained severe burn injuries covering more than 60% of their bodies and are hospitalized in Chandapura.
The workers were employed with an engineering company and were inside the accommodation when the explosion occurred shortly after they woke up.
The incident took place under the Hebbagodi police station limits, and further investigation is underway.
