Manipal Health Enterprises’ Rs 9,275-crore IPO opens for subscription on July 29 and closes on July 31.
The price band is Rs 560-590 per share, with a minimum bid of 25 shares.
Proceeds from the fresh issue of Rs 8,000 crore will be used to repay debt, including Rs 5,552.8 crore for loans related to the acquisition of Sahyadri Hospitals.
The company plans to add around 2,400 beds over the next three to four years, expanding beyond its current 13,037-bed network across 49 hospitals.
Revenue from operations rose to Rs 10,335 crore in FY26 from Rs 6,171.6 crore in FY24, while net profit increased to Rs 916.5 crore from Rs 533.2 crore.
