Mira Road: 1 Dead, 1 Critically Injured After Crane Collapses Near Residential Complexes

A huge crane collapsed near the JK Iris and JP North residential complexes in Mira Road on Thursday evening.

One person died and another was critically injured in the accident.

Most of the crane crashed into the parking area of the JK Iris complex, with a portion falling onto the JP North Alexa building.

The identities of the deceased and injured were not immediately known.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the crane collapse.
