Minor among three held for killing cabbie in east Delhi

Police arrested two men and apprehended a minor for killing cab driver Vijay Kumar in east Delhi on July 25, 2026.

The accused booked the cab for V3S mall and stabbed the driver during a robbery attempt near Chitra Vihar traffic signal.

A 20-year-old and the absconding suspect stabbed the driver; the 19-year-old and the minor assisted.

The knife used was recovered; the accused said it was procured from the absconding suspect.

The 20-year-old has a prior record of four cases, including robbery and snatching.
