Gurugram DC office, district courts receive bomb threat mail: Officials

Gurugram DC office, Haryana courts, and schools received a bomb threat email on Friday, later declared a hoax.

Police deployed bomb disposal and dog squads to the mini secretariat; no suspicious objects found.

The email specified attack times, including 3:11pm for the DC office and 2:11pm for courts in Haryana.

District court proceedings were suspended as a precaution pending bomb disposal squad inspection.

Gurugram police spokesperson Sandeep Turan confirmed the email was received around 8:20am and investigation is ongoing.
