Short circuit triggers minor fire at Pune railway station

  3. Firefighting personnel extinguished the fire within five minutes, by 3:55 pm, preventing injuries or major damage.

  4. Technical teams repaired the damaged junction box and restored normal operations, with no impact on train services.

  5. The incident was confirmed by Hemant Kumar Behera, spokesperson of the Pune railway division, who stated there were no casualties, injuries, or damage to train operations.
