Mumbai NSCI Concert Death: MDMA Found In Victims System; Police Examine Phone Records, Question Friends Over

Histopathology report confirmed MDMA in the system of 28-year-old Rushil Mahendra Gangurde, who died after falling ill at a concert at Mumbai's NSCI Dome in June.
Tardeo Police are investigating how Gangurde obtained MDMA, examining his phone records and questioning friends Parth Bhagat and Pratik Singh.
An FIR has been registered against event organisers Karan Singh, Parag Narendra Uke, Spacebound Web Labs Pvt. Ltd., and others under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita sections 106(1), 289, and 3(5).
The concert, Klangkuenstler All Night Long, was organised by Spacebound at NSCI Dome on June 6; Gangurde died at Breach Candy Hospital with no detectable pulse or blood pressure.
