Sunny Deol's 'Batwara 1947' teaser and poster released on July 13, 2026.

Film will release in cinemas on August 14, 2026, produced by Aamir Khan Productions.

Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, features ensemble cast including Preity Zinta, Shabana Azmi, Karan Deol, Ali Fazal, and Abhimanyu Singh.

Draws inspiration from Asghar Wajahat's stage play Jis Lahore Nai Vekhya, O Jamya E Nai.

Story explores human emotions and sacrifices during the Partition of 1947.
