CWG: Priya Ghanghas defeats Marie-Bathoul Al-Ahmadieh to win Women's 60kg Boxing Gold

Priya Ghanghas defeated Marie-Bathoul Al-Ahmadieh of Canada by a 4-1 split decision in the women's 60kg final at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

The win secured India's fourth boxing gold medal of the day, following Sakshi, Jaismine, and Preeti's victories.

The bout was contested closely, with the judges awarding the first round to Al-Ahmadieh, the second to Ghanghas, and the final round to Ghanghas.

The judges' scores were 29-28, 29-28, and 30-27 for Ghanghas, while one judge scored 29-28 for Al-Ahmadieh.
