SEBI gives thumbs up to Polite Powertech, Kay Jay Forgings IPOs

SEBI approved the IPOs of Polite Powertech and Kay Jay Forgings.

Both companies had filed their draft IPO papers with SEBI in March 2026.

The approvals allow both companies to proceed with their initial public offerings.
