Hyderabad authorities seized 25,000 kg of spices and arrested three people in an adulteration crackdown.

Investigators found synthetic orange, red, and green food colours, permanent industrial dyes, cloth dyes, talcum or shining powder, and rice-bran oil used in spice processing.

The operation targeted food safety violations in the local spice industry.
