  3. COF II is co-managed by CA Kresha Gupta and CA Akshay Dawra, and follows the legacy of Chanakya Opportunities Fund I, India's first SME-Exchange-focused CAT II AIF.

  4. Capital deployment for COF II is set to begin in August 2026, with the next allocation window opening to broader eligible investors.
