Mumbai Tragedy: 22-Year-Old Property Agent Dies After 17th-Floor Fall At Powais Kanakia Silicon Valley;

Mayur Sanjay Waghode, a 22-year-old freelance property agent, died after falling from the 17th floor of Kanakia Silicon Valley in Powai, Mumbai, at around 4.45 pm on Wednesday.

Police suspect suicide after alcohol consumption and have registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) while investigation continues.

CCTV footage showed Waghode exiting Flat No. 1702, placing a liquor bottle near the staircase, and re-entering the flat, after which he was not seen leaving.

Park Site police are questioning family and acquaintances and have seized footage to determine the exact cause of death.
