'Don't let BJP change narrative': Mahua Moitra's message to Wangchuk over LoP Rahul Gandhi 's absence from protest

TMC MP Mahua Moitra expressed support for activist Sonam Wangchuk, who is on a hunger strike against BJP's education policies.

Moitra posted on X that the BJP is trying to distract from Wangchuk's core issues by focusing on LoP Rahul Gandhi's absence from the protest.

Moitra noted that Rahul Gandhi had been first to demand the education minister's sack and has consistently supported the issue.

CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke said the focus on Rahul Gandhi's absence distracts from holding the government accountable.

Sonam Wangchuk's hunger strike entered its 19th day; he lost 8.5 kg since June 28, and leaders like Akhilesh Yadav, Arvind Kejriwal appealed for him to end it.
