Pune entrepreneur Nilesh Sule founded CC&Co Premium Coworking in 2021, starting with a 3,000 sq. ft. property on Prabhat Road.

CC&Co used a revenue-sharing model with the property owner and hired experiential designer Baarish Date to create a premium workspace without heavy upfront investment.

The coworking spaces are designed for professionals seeking quality office infrastructure without long-term leases, catering to post-pandemic demands for privacy and flexibility.

Within a short period, CC&Co expanded to a 12,000 sq. ft. building previously housing multiple independent companies.
