The suspect allegedly shouted “Allahu Akbar” before stabbing an Asian man and a Jewish man, according to witnesses and victims.
Victims Chok Sung, 57, and Moshe Yezhak Grunhaus, 50, were stabbed with a screwdriver and are in stable condition.
Investigators are evaluating whether mental health was a factor and whether the incidents constitute hate crimes.
