Navi Mumbai Tragedy: 51-Year-Old Cyclist Killed After Speeding Car Allegedly Rams Him On Palm Beach Road;

  3. The driver, Kashinath Bodkhe (55), was taken into custody by Rabale Police for causing death by negligent driving.

  4. An FIR was registered under Sections 106(1), 125(d), and 281 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act.

  5. Haranshikare was initially taken to Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation Hospital in Vashi, then to Fortis Hospital in Mulund, where he was declared dead at 10:50 am.
