Land near Mahakal Temple sold to firm linked to Madhya Pradesh BJP MLA, high court issues notice

Land near Mahakal Temple in Ujjain was sold to a firm linked to a BJP MLA from Madhya Pradesh.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a notice in response to a petition.

The petition claims 1.877 hectares of the land was recorded as government property in 1950.
