Arsenal legend Tony Adams sold his £4 million Cotswolds mansion to Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher after 23 years of ownership.
Adams and his wife, Poppy Teacher, are moving to London to support Poppy's pursuit of a master's degree in early modern history.
The five-acre estate near Cirencester includes a swimming pool, tennis courts, stables, and a separate two-bedroom cottage.
Adams owned the property since 2002, having bought it for roughly half its eventual asking price.
Gallagher said his new neighbors have welcomed him by baking him cakes and scones.
