DNA test reveals Colorado man was allegedly switched at birth; hospital sued nearly 40 years later

Jeremy Morrison discovered via DNA test that he was switched with another baby at birth in Unity Medical Center in Grafton, North Dakota.

Morrison and Kyle Bylin, born hours apart on January 26, 1988, were allegedly raised by each other's biological families.

Morrison, Bylin, and both families have filed a lawsuit against Unity Medical Center seeking damages and a jury trial.

The hospital denies responsibility and states it has found no evidence of a switch.

Morrison's aunt's DNA submission on an ancestry website first revealed the mismatch, leading to his own test.
