Karl Darlow completes Manchester United transfer on two-year contract after Leeds exit

Karl Darlow completed a transfer to Manchester United on a two-year contract with an option for a further season after his Leeds United contract expired.

Darlow rejected a new contract offer from Leeds United to pursue a fresh challenge at Manchester United.

The move is expected to clear the path for Turkey goalkeeper Altay Bayindir to leave Manchester United.

Darlow brings 279 club appearances and 15 caps for Wales to Manchester United.

He is set to start the season as deputy to first-choice goalkeeper Senne Lammens.
