Physical AI startup SwitchOn raises $8 Mn in pre-Series B round led by IvyCap

SwitchOn raised $8 million in a pre-Series B round led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from SIG Tattva and Trifecta Capital.

The startup develops DeepInspect, an AI-powered quality inspection system that uses edge-based computer vision to automate defect detection in manufacturing.

Customers include Unilever, Bosch, Maruti Suzuki, and ALPA; deployments span over 170 production lines across 60+ facilities on four continents.

Funds will be used for international expansion, R&D, and scaling go-to-market operations in manufacturing sectors.
