Japan PM Takaichi's Approval Rating Drops To 57% Over Rising Living Costs

Japan PM Sanae Takaichi's approval rating dropped to 57% in July from 69% in June.

The poll was conducted between July 24 and 26.

This is the first time the rating fell below 60% since she took office.

The decline is attributed to rising living costs.
