Ludhiana: Haridwar man faces FIR in property fraud case

Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) lodged an FIR against Ravendra Kumar Kadd, a Haridwar resident, for property fraud.

Kadd allegedly submitted forged payment receipts totaling over ₹5.71 lakh for allotment of House No. 905 in Sector 40, Ludhiana.

GLADA's accounts branch found no record of the claimed payments, and one receipt number matched a different property transaction.

The FIR includes charges under IPC sections 420, 465, 467, 468, and 471 for cheating and forgery.
