Greater Bengaluru Authority notifies building approval fee structure

Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) notified new fee structure for building construction approvals under the GBA Act.

Fees are calculated based on prevailing guidance value of the site and total built-up area on a per square metre basis, with guidance value not less than Rs 50,000 per sqm.

Inspection fee for plan approval is 0.009% for residential and 0.014% for non-residential/commercial buildings.

Basic amenities and environmental impact fee for a five-year licence is 0.10% for residential and 0.25% for non-residential/commercial structures.

Plinth certificate fee is 0.11% for residential and 0.18% for non-residential/commercial buildings.
