Goa expects a rise in charter tourist arrivals this year with veteran operators returning.
Long-standing charter operators from UK, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Poland retained; new operations from Belarus, Armenia, Moldova and Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) under discussion.
Concord Exotic Voyages expects to bring over 45,000 international tourists in 2026–27 with daily flights from Russia and two weekly flights from Kazakhstan.
In 2025, Goa received 189 charter flights with 40,336 foreign tourists; in 2024, 266 flights with 58,680 tourists.
International charter visitors stay 10–14 nights in Goa, compared to 3–4 nights for Indian tourists.
