Pune Airport introduces golf cart service for passengers

Pune Airport has introduced a golf cart service to improve passenger movement between Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and the Aeromall.

The service aims to benefit senior citizens, passengers with reduced mobility, families with children, and those carrying heavy luggage.

Golf carts reduce waiting time and ease transfers during peak hours, addressing congestion that delayed shuttle buses.

Approximately 5,000 passengers use the service daily, with coordination between airport administration and the Airports Authority of India improving internal traffic flow.

The introduction of golf carts has significantly reduced the time required to reach the Aeromall, especially during ongoing internal road improvement works.
