Houthis say they attacked two Saudi tankers; Saudi Arabia says one ablaze in Red Sea

Yemen's Houthi militia attacked two Saudi oil tankers, Encelia and Layla, in the Red Sea.
Saudi Arabia confirmed the Encelia was hit by a missile and caught fire, but all crew members were safe.
The Houthis said the vessels violated a naval blockade they imposed on Saudi Arabia in the Red Sea.
The attack used ballistic and cruise missiles as well as drones, according to the Houthis.
The British maritime risk-management group Vanguard reported the Encelia was struck by an unknown projectile on its starboard side.
