Who is Saurav Das? Education, journalism career and rise as the face of CJP movement
Saurav Das is a New Delhi-based independent investigative journalist and Chief Spokesperson of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), a youth-led movement focused on examination security and administrative accountability.
Das completed a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University (2016–2019) and began filing RTI applications in 2017 at age 18, using them for investigations into government functioning.
His journalism career started with an internship on the news desk of a leading Indian media organisation (December 2018–January 2019), followed by independent investigative reporting from 2020 onwards.
