Maha extends unified development rules to PMRDA & MSRDC’s SPA area

Maharashtra extends Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations (UDCPR) to PMRDA and MSRDC's Special Planning Authority area.

The decision aims to standardize development rules across the region.

Civic activist Sudhir Kulkarni welcomed the move, noting residents had long demanded UDCPR implementation in PMRDA area.
