Manav Kaul backs protesting students in Mumbai as he distributes water bottles: ‘They are important’

Actor Manav Kaul distributed water bottles to student protesters at Shivaji Park, Dadar in Mumbai on July 24.

Kaul redirected attention from himself to the students, stating: 'They are important.'

The protest was a Tiranga Morcha by Shiv Sena (UBT) demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged NEET paper leak.

Thousands of protesters gathered at Shivaji Park with Tricolor flags and posters of Bhagat Singh and Dr B R Ambedkar.

Other celebrities at the protest included Atul Kulkarni, Arjun Mathur, Kritika Kamra, Chandan Roy Sanyal, and comedian Kunal Kamra.
