Suraksha Group completes work on 7,913 flats in Noida’s Wish Town

Suraksha Group completed construction of 7,913 flats across 84 towers in Noida's Wish Town.

Occupancy certificates (OCs) received for 42 towers covering 4,213 flats; applied for OCs for another 26 towers with 2,229 flats.

Upgraded infrastructure: boosted Grid Substation-I capacity from 19.8 MVA to 35 MVA, introduced Ganga water connectivity, and 11 cluster clubs expected by end of fiscal year.

RERA granted registration for Wish Point, Suraksha's commercial development in Sector 134.

Company aims to deliver all remaining homes by 2028; structural audits completed for seven towers, ongoing for nine more towers.
