Jamna Auto acquires UK's Owen Springs for GBP 2 million

Jamna Auto Industries will acquire a 100% stake in UK-based Owen Springs Limited for GBP 2 million.

The acquisition is part of Jamna Auto's Lakshya–RISE 5000 strategy to expand international presence.

Owen Springs manufactures leaf springs, parabolic springs, and other allied products.

The transaction is expected to complete by August 31, 2026, subject to customary conditions.

Jamna Auto's share price gained 1.43% to Rs 132.67 after the announcement.
