Haryana Congress to expand students’ voice campaign to south of state from July 30

  1. Haryana Congress completed first phase of students’ voice and Special Intensive Revision (SIR) awareness campaign covering 18 assembly constituencies in Ambala, Kurukshetra and Karnal Lok Sabha areas.

  2. Second phase starts July 30 and runs to August 3, covering Faridabad, Palwal, Nuh, Rewari and Gurugram districts across 19 assembly constituencies.

  3. Campaign focuses on issues affecting students and youth: alleged irregularities in recruitment examinations, paper leaks, unemployment and electoral roll revision.

  4. Haryana Congress president Rao Narender Singh announced expansion; party in-charge Sanjay Dutt guided the first phase.

  5. Congress criticised BJP-led governments over alleged paper leaks and handling of student protests, condemning lathi-charge at Jantar Mantar.
