BITS Pilani tops Hurun India U30 list, followed by IIT Delhi, with the highest number of young entrepreneur alumni

BITS Pilani leads the Avendus Wealth–Hurun India U30 List 2026 among undergraduate institutions with 11 alumni recognized as young entrepreneurs.

IIT Delhi followed BITS Pilani in the ranking, ahead of IIT Roorkee and other premier engineering institutions.

The featured founders include Rishabh Shekhar and Anirudh Singla of Pepper, Aditya Ruia of Beco, Vaibhav Kaushik and Aalaap Nair of Nawgati, Awais Ahmed and Kshitij Khandelwal of Pixxel, Deepansh Goyal and Siddhant Dangi of Anthriq, Rishabh Jain of SuperPe, and Mohit Yadav of Bold Care.

The startups span sectors such as fintech, deeptech, space technology, sustainability, and healthcare.

The ranking highlights universities' role in fostering entrepreneurship through incubation, mentorship, and industry engagement.
