JKSA urges Rahul Gandhi to raise issue regarding recruitment scams in Parliament

The Jammu & Kashmir Students Association (JKSA) has written to Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi to raise recruitment scams and irregularities in Jammu & Kashmir in Parliament.
JKSA national convener Nasir Khuehami said recurring controversies have eroded public confidence, undermined fairness and merit, and shattered aspirations of deserving candidates.
The letter cites issues including paper leaks, tendering controversies, and irregularities in JKSSB exams such as those for J&K Police Sub-Inspector (JKPSI), Finance Accounts Assistant (FAA), Junior Engineer (Civil), and Fire & Emergency Services.
JKSA is seeking clarity on the status of the CBI investigation in the JKPSI scam and the non-disclosure of the High-Level Committee's report on the Aptech tender.
The association wants action against officials responsible for procedural lapses and safeguards to prevent future paper leaks.
