Inspect ASDD voters thoroughly: Anbukkumar

Karnataka Chief Electoral Officer V Anbukkumar instructed officials to thoroughly inspect ASDD (absent, shifted, deceased, duplicate) voters and conduct a proper mahazar during the SIR process.

The ASDD list must be shared with political party agents, and any necessary changes should be verified and updated.

Anbukkumar assured that no eligible voter will lose voting rights due to the SIR process.

Voters whose names are omitted can apply for inclusion by submitting Form 6 with required documents.

Dakshina Kannada had 65,588 ASDD voters, and 83% of enumeration forms (14,97,139 of 18,03,766) have been digitised.
