Inflexor Ventures raises Rs 400 Cr as first close of Fund III

Inflexor Ventures raised Rs 400 crore as first close of its third fund, Inflexor Technology Discovery Fund, targeting a total corpus of Rs 1,250 crore.

Anchor investors include Self-Reliant India (SRI) Fund, HDFC AMC, and HDFC AMC Select AIF FoF.

Fund III will focus on pre-Series A and Series A investments, with initial cheque sizes of Rs 15 crore to Rs 45 crore.

The fund aims to build a portfolio of 22–25 companies, with emphasis on Series A opportunities.

Inflexor Ventures has AUM of Rs 1,300 crore and a portfolio of 27 companies including Atomberg, Kale Logistics, and PlayShifu.
