Baldwin said in an interview he didn't want to be Tom Cruise or make $100 million at the box office, preferring to be 'a schmuck from Massapequa'.

After becoming born-again Christian in 2001, Baldwin shifted focus to ministry, including a skateboarding youth outreach.

Baldwin now produces Christian films and hosts a podcast, content with his spiritual journey.
