SC mulls EOW, CBI probe into Parsvnath

Supreme Court indicated it may hand over investigation into Parsvnath Developers Ltd and Parsvnath Hessa Developers Pvt Ltd to Delhi Police’s EOW and CBI, calling it a 'high-level fraud'.

Court directed IRP of Parsvnath Developers Ltd and Parsvnath Hessa to provide exhaustive details of all pending litigation to ascertain scale of fraud and number of affected homebuyers.

Parsvnath Hessa, Parsvnath Developers, and all associates must furnish details of cases pending before high courts, district courts, RERA, and other forums.

IRP was directed to submit details of every project pending before NCLT, number of homebuyers involved, and particulars of financial creditors.

Court order freezing bank accounts was argued to hamper CIRP involving 27 Parsvnath projects and over 10,000 allottees.
