Himachal monsoon: 109 roads blocked, services hit; restoration on

Heavy monsoon rains in Himachal Pradesh have blocked 109 roads, mainly in Mandi and Kullu districts.

Power supply has been largely restored, but 30 water supply schemes are disrupted.

Restoration work is currently underway across the state.
