US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Manila at the ASEAN Ministerial.

Rubio and Lavrov discussed the need to end the Russia-Ukraine war.

The meeting also covered broader US-Russia ties.
