Gurugram: Underpass to come up at Z Chowk, says GMDA

The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) will construct a six-lane underpass at Z Chowk, running from Iffco Chowk towards Ardee City Road.

The underpass will be approximately 1.35 kilometers long and cost ₹55.46 crore, with construction to be completed within 18 months from tender award.

The project aims to decongest traffic around Millennium City Centre Metro station and the proposed interchange station of Gurugram Metro, enhancing road capacity from Iffco Chowk towards SPR.

The underpass will include eco-friendly features such as two rainwater harvesting structures and solar panels for electricity.
