LoP Ashoka asks Governor to halt PRC issuance, alleges vote bank politics

Karnataka LoP R Ashoka submitted a memorandum to Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot to halt the issuance of Permanent Resident Certificates (PRCs).

Ashoka alleged the PRC plan is a Congress ploy to appease voters and facilitate illegal immigrants.

He also criticized the government over the Chinnaswamy Stadium stampede tragedy, drought relief, and water release to Tamil Nadu.
