British youtuber Yung Filly heading to trial in rape, assault case in Australia

British entertainer Yung Filly (Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos) pleaded not guilty to 6 charges of rape, 3 charges of assault occasioning bodily harm, and one count of choking in a Perth hotel room in September 2024.
Prosecutor Danielle Clarke described Barrientos as an “entitled man” who sexually assaulted an “impressionable” 20-year-old fan after a nightclub performance.
Barrientos testified he did not slap or choke the woman but admitted to biting her multiple times, calling them “love bites,” and denied that she told him to stop or said he was hurting her.
The accuser’s phone was allegedly taken by Barrientos’s bodyguard before she entered the hotel room; Barrientos confirmed this but denied intent to prevent her from calling for help.
