‘My brother earns less but gets more respect’: Delhi woman shares WFH struggles

Heena Dogra shared a video highlighting WFH struggles, saying she gets less respect than her brother who earns less but goes to the office.

She said her family asks 'who pays you for sitting at home?' and expects her to serve guests, including tea and biscuits, during work hours.

Dogra noted her working hours stretch from 9 am to 9 pm, but she is also expected to handle household errands and guest duties.

She contrasted her mismatched work-from-home outfits with her brother's formal office attire, which she said contributes to the lack of respect.
