CTA recalls Lobsang Lozin's self-immolation protest on 14th anniversary

The Central Tibetan Administration marked the 14th anniversary of Tibetan monk Lobsang Lozin's death.

Lobsang Lozin died after self-immolating in 2012 at age 18.
