Adani Group Power Transmission Major Reports Q1 FY27 Results; Profit Rises 124% YoY to Rs 1,237 Crore

Adani Energy Solutions reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 9,711.08 crore, up 42.41% YoY.

Profit after tax surged 129.45% YoY to Rs 1,236.56 crore, with profit attributable to owners at Rs 1,149.06 crore.

Transmission business revenue stood at Rs 3,335.26 crore, distribution at Rs 3,520.43 crore, smart metering at Rs 346.99 crore, and Energy Solutions Platform at Rs 1,906.83 crore.

Net worth increased to Rs 25,418.41 crore as of June 30, 2026, from Rs 22,523.62 crore a year earlier.

Proceedings against a non-executive director before the US DOJ and SEC do not pertain to Adani Energy Solutions, with no impact on financial statements.
