Venezuela transition talks to start in person next week after a brief delay: Government

The talks occur amid a political crisis following the US-backed removal of President Nicolas Maduro in January.

Interim leader Delcy Rodriguez, formerly Maduro's vice president, has governed under US oversight since then.
